Mr. Hendricks would like an even $10k from you following closing. $6725 to correct major deficiencies as indicated on the following construction proposal, and the balance for minor and cosmetic deficiencies which he will accomplish with his own forces. I personally think this is exactly what we wanted, and that you should accept it.
